The four year battle against racial discrimination at the Glenn County Superior Court continues...

After a two-year investigation by the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission (EEOC), a Federal Agency, it was determined by EEOC investigators that the Glenn County Superior Court Administration were guilty of racial discrimination. Management at the Court had refused to promote Norma Raygoza, a Court Clerk with the Court due to her Latino race and heritage - a clear violation of Federal Law.

All employers should be expected to avoid discrimination, and Court Administration is no exception to this as pertains the employees of the Court. How can the Court be trusted to exercise fairness and justice for you if they illegally discriminate against their own employees?

Norma needs your help! Please visit the other sections of this site, discover how to participate, contact us, see what we're doing next and when you can be involved. Do what's right, make a stand, lend a hand, and fight injustice.
